Maintenance issues: If you notice anything that needs fixing, etc., call the Park Office, 831 423-9494 and leave message.
Monthly assessments are due on the first of each month, and are delinquent if not received by the fifteenth. If not received by 5 pm on the fifteenth, a late fee will be assessed. Make checks payable to “El Rio Mobile Home Cooperative.” Put in the JSCo envelope and then in the Drop Box next to the office door. You may also mail or hand-deliver to JSCo.
MPP slips: Due by the 15th of each month. Please turn them in to the Drop Box. Do not enclose them in your assessment envelope.
Natural disasters or urgent emergencies (earthquakes, floods, fire, and lift station siren) will be handled by El Rio’s Emergency Action Team and JSCo’s maintenance crew.

The Costco card is available to borrow during Office Hours.
